Barbaro Group (BG) is a reflection of it's Director Tony Barbaro, who has a primary interest in all things high performance and the delivery of sustained high performance outcomes.
Tony established Barbaro Group to be a small boutique consulting and training services provider which originally focused on Strategic and Business Planning, Team Performance and Individual Performance. More recently BG has evolved into the safety world, focusing on Leadership Field Engagements, Land Transport and Motor Vehicle Safety .
BG has experienced organic growth largely due to existing customers happy to continually use BG services and more so to refer BG to other organisations.
Proof Positive of this is BG's current list of customers, which include: Hess (USA Houston and North Dakota), Chevron ABU (WA Oil, Gorgon, Wheatstone), BHP Billiton Iron Ore ( Mt Whaleback Mine and Sustaining Capital), London Mining (Marampa Sierra Leone), Sydvaranger Gruve (Norway, Kirkenes).
